NTU-HR400 Management training program
Prerequisites: Staff member must be active in the program, be responsible and mature, and have access to reliable transportation.
Interested staff members will fill out the enrollment from bellow. All qualified staff members will be permitted to take NTU-HR252 Part A
Part A: On-line Learning Modules
Staff members will learn the basics of event preparation and event management administration.
You will then complete the Part A exam. The 6 staff members with the highest exam scores will be invited to participate in Part B.
Part B: In person Classroom training.
Day 1: Event Management Review, Advanced First Aid, Care Center Operations, Medical Logistics
Day 2: BLS for Health Care Provider Training and Certification.
After completing both parts A & B, NTHR Final Exam and AHA BLS Certification you will be asked to work 3 events as a Manager Trainee before being awarded manager status.
